Welcome to my homepage!
I live in Blackheath with my husband. Our four children have grown up in Blackheath, our family life punctuated by the firework on the heath on Guy Fawkes night, meals in the village’s restaurants or pubs to celebrate birthdays, cheering for the runners at the London Marathons, flying kites on windy days and the many walks in Greenwich park.
I love to capture the cohabitation of nature and man-made structures – like a park gate opening into a garden. Whatever challenges life is throwing at me: my response is to paint blue skies and bright happy moments. I hope to share with you the same sense of wonder and resilience that art is giving me.
I am happy to take commissions to create a watercolour sketch of your pet portrait, or a place you love (e.g. your house, a garden, a view that means a lot to you).
